                              John S. Unell was born in Kansas City, Missouri, July 14, 1960; admitted to the bar, 1986, Texas. Education: University of Texas at
                         Austin (B.A. with special honors, 1982); Southern Methodist University (J.D., 1985). Member: State Bar of Texas; Plano Bar Association.
                         Board Certified, Commercial Real Law and Board Certified, Residential Real Estate Law, Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

                              Mr. Unell has been practicing law in the state of Texas since 1986. He has almost exclusively concentrated his practice in the area of
                         Real Estate Law. He began his career as an associate with Barker, Block, & Muscat, P.C., later becoming a name partner in the firm of
                         Barker, Capua & Unell, P.C. In 1995, Mr. Unell formed his own firm in Plano, Texas, and has steadily built his practice. He has been
                         named as one of the select Texas Super Lawyers for 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006, the first four years the designation was awarded.
